Friday - August 18th, 2006

Sorry that the strip didn't get posted until this morning, I normaly post it at night before I go to bed, but I was tired and Megan wanted to play City of Heroes. I think this week ended on a good note, you have a nice climax for the friday and on monday we will pick up where this leaves off. This storyline is going to be a three week line, because that's how I have finally writen it out. Tomorrow I will draw all of next week's strips and on Sunday you get the Driver stories.

Megan and I did our budget for the move to Albuquerque and we are very happy with it. We need a total of 1,120 to pay off everything we owe here plus another 700 for once we are there for the rent and electric. We figure that we will need to make about fifty bucks a day to meet that and with my driving and megan's temp working, we can hit that without any problems. I even plan on paying off my credit card debt while we're at this. It's a real lesson in money management.

Neither Megan nor I have seen the new clerks movie, we both want to, but the only showing in our part of town is at 10:30, that's at five different theatres and none of them show it earlier. I really wonder what they did to get themselves up at the NC-17 time-slot, especially since this is only rated R. Oh well, it will be out on DVD in a few weeks (joke, it will not be out in a few weeks) so we aren't too worried.
