I did a bit of thinking last night and I decided that I will now do the strip in Illustrator 100%. This is my first attempt at that and I do actually see a big difference in the text... which bugs me a bit because I didn't see it before. I also fixed one of my problems that I had with illustrator really easy. I couldn't get the background right so that it would form with the strip. Turns out there is a matte button I can hit that will make the background the right color. So no more excuses from me I guess. The strip is done in Illustrator now.

Of course, if this doesn't work, I can always go back to photoshop. I am going to be doing the changes to the characters on the next strip. It's a bit extreme, but I really like the way that I look now, so I don't really care. After all, this strip is here to entertain me, if I happen to capture the funny bones of a few other people, that's just a big bonus.
